Terms and conditions of Foxgloves Boarding Cattery

Foxgloves Boarding Cattery is a licensed boarding establishment. The public has a right to expect that all premises used by Foxgloves Boarding Cattery satisfy the basic standards relating to the health, welfare and safety of all animals boarded with us. We are confident that we not only meet these basic standards, but exceed them. We act openly and fairly at all times to ensure that your pet is looked after by competent, knowledgeable staff and that your pet will receive regular, individual attention several times a day. It is a condition of the license that all cats boarded with Foxgloves Boarding Cattery are vaccinated and that the annual booster is up to date. You will need to bring your vaccination certificate with you, when you bring your cat to stay with us - this is very important as without it they will not be able to stay. Please note if your cat is found to have fleas during it's stay, there's an additional charge of £25 per cat. This covers the additional cost of treating bedding, toys etc but doesn't include treating your cat. Please do not be embarrassed - nobody chooses for their pet to have fleas!

Cancellations and emergencies

We appreciate that life doesn't always go to plan and occasionally you may need to cancel or postpone your booking. All we ask, is that you let us have as much notice as possible. 
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Any days cancelled after booking will be covered by your deposit. If a booking is fully cancelled, then you will lose your deposit, but we do not expect you to pay anything further.
In case of animal emergency or illness, we will always try to contact your own vet first. This may not always be possible. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

*We cater for most diets but do not stock some of the more specific cat foods. Please ask for further information.*
