Situated down a quiet lane in the village of Bishopthorpe, 3 miles south of York, Foxgloves Boarding Cattery is a family-run business that takes great pride in providing your cats with a safe and welcoming home-away-from-home environment.

We appreciate how precious your cats are, so every effort is made to ensure that their stay with us is a comfortable one, therefore providing you with your peace of mind. After all, you need to enjoy your holiday while your cat is enjoying theirs!  

Our cat accommodation

Each of our runs have a thermostatically controlled heater installed to ensure that your cat stays warm even on the coldest nights. We also have a separate sleeping area that we close in the evening to keep your cat as snug as a bug.

More about our cattery

We only accept vaccinated cats. You will need to bring  your cat's up-to-date vaccination certificate whenever you visit. Our cattery is fully licenced and insured, and we have chalets for both individual cats and for up to five cats from the same home.

Opening Hours:
We are open 8.30 til 10am and 4 til 6pm Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
